Wills for All commenced business in October 2002 having been set up by Charles Guscott and Graham Monet both of whom took early retirement from NatWest Private Bank earlier that year having spent more than 36 years each with NatWest. Both spent their entire careers in the areas of investment management, tax planning, Will writing and estate & trust administration and both of them are members of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Trustee Diploma), Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and Society of Will Writers.

The Company is committed to providing the highest quality of service to it’s clients to ensure their needs are met in the most cost effective way and our Will Writers and Consultants are able to bring a wealth of technical knowledge and practical experience to assist with this process. The process normally involves an initial fact finding meeting and discussion at which time the fee is agreed with the client before taking instructions followed by a further meeting at which any agreed documents are signed and witnessed. The Company does not charge fees in advance but requests payment (supported by an invoice) only when clients’ wishes have been carried out to their complete satisfaction although where advice or assistance is required for estate or trust administration an initial deposit would normally be expected prior to commencing work. Fees include free storage of original documents for 12 months from execution and a review date is agreed with the client. All clients are contacted annually in any event to confirm documents held and/or to ensure that everything is in order.

Services provided are Inheritance Tax planning and advice, preparation of Wills/Codicils and associated documentation, Powers of Attorney, advice on administering estates and advice on the creation and administration of trusts. Details of all these services and minimum fees are available on request.
